Britons Advised to Avoid any Journey to Lebanon By Foreign and Commonwealth Office

From London, CEOAFRICA.com gathered that British government has advised citizens to avoid travelling to Lebanon, where bomb attacks in the northern city of Tripoli claimed a total of 42 lives and as regional tension grow over a possible U.S. military strike on Syria.

It was gathered from sources that nationals have been warned to stay away from several parts of the country which currently experience series of sectarian tension and violence over Syrian conflicts.
According to a statement from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, those advised to embark on any journey to that place should be the people with essential functions.

“The Foreign and Commonwealth Office advise against all but essential travel to the rest of Lebanon due to the recent upsurge in violence and wider regional tensions. There may be an increased risk of anti-Western sentiment linked to the possibility of military action in Syria,” The statement reads.

 It would be regaled that the British parliament voted against taken military action in Syri
