As part of his effort towards repositioning quality health care delivery in Nigeria through access to quality and affordable drugs with strong effective collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and the Federal Government of Nigeria, the President of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Pharm. (Prof.) Cyril Odianose Usifoh FPSN, has led a strong delegation of PSN stalwarts to visit the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, His Excellency, Senator George Akume , CON, FNIM,KSJI on the 9th of March 2024 in Abuja.
CEOAFRICA gathered that the delegation had fruitful deliberations with far reaching implications, which in the nearest future, will put the Pharmacy profession to greater heights.
In the company of the President were, two past presidents, Pharm. Azubike Okwor FPSN and Dr. U. N. O. Uwaga FPSN; PCN Chairman, Pharm Wosilat Giwa, FPSN; PCN Registrar, Pharm. Ahmed Babashehu; and Pharm. Aliyu Zakari-Jiya PhD, MFR, FPSN.
Others are, National Chairman of ACPN Pharm. Adewale Oladigbolu FPSN; PSN National Treasurer, Pharm. Kilani; Chairman PSN FCT, Pharm.Salamatu Orakwelu; and PSN Kaduna IPC, Pharm. Talatu Ebune.
