FIFA has imposed a transfer ban on Russian club, CSKA Moscow following the move involving Nigeria winger, Chidera Ejuke.

Ejuke linked up with CSKA from Dutch club, Heerenveen in 2000.

CSKA are however still owing Heerenveen €3m as part of the transfer fee.

FIFA imposed an 18-month transfer ban on CSKA for their failure to pay up the remaining balance.

The ban, according to FIFA, will only be lifted unless they pay up the fee.

Ejuke left CSKA on a free transfer this summer following a four-year stint at the club.

The 26-year-old is currently on the books of Spanish club, Sevilla.
