Fidelity Bank Assures Customers of Better Services

Fidelity Bank Plc has pledged that it will continue to meet the needs of its customers in the area of financial intermediation.

Speaking at the presentation of gifts and cash to winners of its ‘Save-4-Schlarship’ promo in Lagos, the Executive Director, Lagos and South-west Directorate, Fidelity Bank Plc, Mr. IK Mbagwu said customers are basically the reason for the existence of financial institutions.

Mbagwu explained: “There is no other reason why we are here as a bank other than to serve our customers. If there are no customers, there can’t be Fidelity Bank and I assure you of improved services.

“Your money is safe with Fidelity Bank and we encourage you to go and spread the good news about the bank to others. We still have one more draw to go and there are opportunities to win N2 million, N1 million, N500, 00, N210, 000 and other consolation prizes.”

He also said the bank has a lot of retail products to meet the needs of its customers.

The bank gave out a total of N11.1 million to 34 lucky customers. Some other customers also won consolation prizes which included generators and refrigerators.

Mbagwu said the bank had earmarked a total of N80 million for the promo which was conceived to support the educational needs of customers. According to him, a total of 200 winners are expected to emerge throughout the duration of the promo.

“Education is something everybody needs to invest in and so should not be taken for granted,” he added.
