Born on February 10, 1959, Offor has built an impressive career over two decades, establishing himself as a dynamic leader in various sectors of the economy. He is the former chairman of Erhc Energy Inc and currently serves as the CEO of Chrome Group, one of West Africa's leading oil and gas conglomerates. His expansive business experience has allowed him to cultivate a diverse portfolio while remaining committed to philanthropy.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Sir (Dr.) Emeka Offor is the founder of the Sir Emeka Offor Foundation, which engages in numerous philanthropic initiatives aimed at improving the lives of individuals and communities in need. He is also recognized as a major donor to the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, exemplifying his dedication to humanitarian efforts.
