The new party, People Democratic Movement (PDM) in its efforts towards securing massive membership has launched its online registration platform for intended members.

Bashir Yusuf, the National Chairman of the party during the launch of the online platform in Abuja pledge that the party would be in the front line of ensuring that citizens, irrespective of where they lived, participated in elections.

He described the online registration by the party as a milestone in the country’s political history, noting that the move was the first time an online platform would be used to register party members.

Bashir also highlighted that with advent of online registration, membership is made easier and the case of so many people shut out from the political process in Nigeria now a history.

He noted that the party will ensure that Nigerians anywhere in the world are able to vote, calling also for the partnership of Nigerians in Diaspora to help make this possible.
