The British Government has after decades of hostility approved the free operation of Zanu-PF UK branch in the country.

Zanu-PF UK branch disclosed that the British Foreign and Commonwealth Officer, MP Mark Simmonds made the announcement yesterday purporting that there were no more hinderance against their operation provided they do not contravene the UK law.

It has been reported that before now, the Britain and its western allies had put Zanu-PF leaders on travel sanctions, in addition to imposing blanket economic sanctions on te entire country after the fallout over funding for the land reform programme.

According to the report, Zanu-PF is now being recognized just like any other local British party and may soon start enjoying other priviledges.

The move however has been said would likely see the revival of Zanu-PF UK which flourished during the era of former Prime Minister Margret Thatcher in the 80s.
