A senatorial candidate of All Nigerian Peoples Party in the 2007  General election Engineer Seyi Makinde has described the developmental projects by the Ajimobi led Government as half baked ideas.

Engineer Seyi Makinde while speaking with CEOAFRICA  News correspondent  dammy Badejo at the end of Adegoke Adelabu Memorial Lecture held at Ibadan Civic centre said that most of the ideas on the surface looks good but there is need for Oyo state government to do more research and planning.

He said no society can move forward without proper planning and research.

The guest lecturer while delivering his address Professor Samuel Agbola said Ibadan needs a master plan that will help the state to develop more and faster for economic growth.

Our correspondent put a call through to Pastor Taiwo Otegbeye the Oyo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation for his reaction on it, but the phone rang without any response.
