The Angolan plastic artist Deep- Hildebrando de Melo is expected to present his work on September 4 at the Angolan Writers Association, in Luanda.

"It's a compilation of 20 year-long painting of all projects comprising 570 pages", said the press office of the artist on Tuesday.

The book will be presented by Fernando Galan, a Spanish art critic, who also prepared the preface to Deep-Hildebrando de Melo.

According to the document, the book also includes texts by other artists such as Ângela Mingas, João Prates, Francisco Van-Duném, Manuel Dionisio, Nadine Siegert, Patrício Batsikama, Suzana Sousa and Terry Berne.

Born in Bailundo, central Huambo province, Hildebrando de Melo is "ENSA Art Prize" winner in the Youth category and " Sand Drawings," sponsored by Norsk Hydro.
