Reports reaching CEOAFRICA news desks says that Collection of Advertisement levies from  Filling Station Owners especially those under the IPMAN Umbrella has been a difficult task in Oyo State and any attempt to call them to order or make them comply with Oyo state Signage and Advertisement Agencies OYSAA's regulations is usually faced with threats of Strike Action.
