Justice Yinka Aderibigbe of an Osun state High Court, sitting in Osogbo has adjourned the case by Justice Folahanmi Oloyede
against the State House of Assembly to September 15, 2015 for hearing.

A serving judge in the state, Justice Oloyede, had dragged the legislators to court for their recommendation in the probe of Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

Justice Oloyede, who leveled allegation of gross misconduct and mismanagement of public funds against the governor, condemned the outcome of the committee set up by the Assembly to look into the allegation.

When the case came up on Thursday, counsel to the applicants, Mr Lukman Ogunsetan, urged the court to open the case for hearing, saying his client was ready to prove the case.

But, counsels to the 1st respondent (Speaker Najeem Salam), Ajibola
Bashiru, objected to the hearing of the case, saying the process have
not been duly served on the respondents.
