Super Eagles Trains In Abuja For Ethiopia Clash

From the camp of Super Eagles, CEOAFRICA sports desk gathered that preparation is at the peak for the crucial 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualification Playoff with the Wayas Antelope of Ethiopia in Addis Ababa.

As at yesterday afternoon, 18 players out of 23 invited participated at the training session held under the guardians of Coach Stephen Keshi at the newly refurbished Abuja National Stadium.

Only Liverpool’s Victor Moses, Dynamo Kiev’s Brown Ideye, Fernebache’s Emmanuel Emenike, Real Betis’ Nosa Igiebor and Newcastle’s Shola Ameobi were absent from the team.

However, except Shola Ameobi who have seek for permission to arrive on Wednesday others were expected to join the team later on Tuesday.

The players who trained on Tuesday are   Vincent Enyeama, Austin Ejide,  Chigozie Agbim,  Efe Ambrose, Elderson Echejile and Godfrey Oboabona.

Others are  Azubuike Egwuekwe, Solomon Kwambe, Benjamin Francis,  James Okwuosa,  John Obi Mikel, Ogenyi Onazi, John Ogu, Sunday Mba, Nnamdi Oduamadi,Uche Nwofor, Obinna Nsofor and Ahmed Musa.

The  Eagles,  who are scheduled to travel to Addis Ababa on Saturday,  will train again at the same venue on Wednesday afternoon.
