BREAKING: Yorubas, Hausas clash in Ife, Osun State

Reports reaching CEOAfrica reveals that a fresh ethnic crisis has broken out between the Yorubas and the Hausas in the town of Ife, Osun State.
CEOAfrica gathered that the clash between the two major ethnic groups crisis broke out in the early hours of Wednesday 8th March, 2017.
The Public Relations Officer of the Osun State Police Command, SP Folashade Odoro who confirmed the incident to CEOAfrica noted that the Police have the situation under control.
She also added that efforts are underway to restore peace and normalcy to the community where the crisis broke out.
It is still unclear what triggered the crisis and as the time of writing this report, the number of causalities is yet to be known.
