After four postponements, the report of the Senate Commitee on Appropriation on the 2017 budget has been laid.

Chairman of the Senate Commitee on Appropriation, Senator Danjuma Goje laid the report this morning and it was seconded by Senator Sonni Ogbuoji.

The Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki commended the committee for laying the report. He said the budget would be passed on Thursday.
