Despite heavy police presence, members of G24 of Kano House of Assembly today  made a triumphant entry into the premises of the Assembly complex and declared the impeachment of the all the principal officer.

Those impeached included the Majority leader, Deputy Majority leader, the minority leader, House leader, Chief Whip.

Leader of the G24, and former Speaker of the house, Kabiru Alhassan Rurum, Rano constituency who announced it noted that the feat was achieved by the simple majority of their number.
