Following the recommendation of the first conference on regional stabilization strategy for the areas affected by Boko Haram Insurgency held in November 2017 in N';;Djamena, the commission has kicked off the second phase of the conference to chart a way forward for regional stabilization, resilience and recovery for the affected areas.
