CEOAfrica MD arrives Yaounde for ACALAN meeting

Ahead of the ACALAN-AU meeting on the review of PANMAPAL curriculum and collaboration on the linguistic atlas of Africa, the managing director of CEOAfrica, Prince Cletus Illobanafor has arrived Yaounde Cameroon for the August meeting.

The meeting is targeted at engaging the International Centre for Research and Documentation on African Tradition and Languages (CERDOTOLA) and the International Centre for Bantu Civilization (CICIBA) for the sole aim of actualizing ACALAN's Linguistic Atlas Project.

Also on the agenda of the meeting is the review of the PAN-African Master's and PhD program in African Languages and Applied Linguistics (PANMAPAL). This is to stand the programs in a good stead to churn out capable professionals in the field of African languages and linguistics to further lead the charge in repositioning African languages in line with ACALAN's commitment to see them become languages of instruction.
