Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives,  Emeka Ihedioha, has assured President Goodluck Jonathan and the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of resounding victory for the party in the South-East geopolitical zone in the 2015 general elections.

Ihedioha said stakeholders of the party in the zone were resolved to work extra hard to ensure the party surpasses its record of success in the last general elections, adding that he would not relent in his efforts to place the party in premium state of readiness for the polls.

Speaking on Thursday in his office when some chieftains of the party led by the South-East zonal publicity secretary, Ali Odefa, paid him a courtesy visit to appreciate his role in the party in the zone.

Speaking earlier, Odefa praised the deputy speaker for his loyalty to the PDP and his untiring efforts to make the party of full strength in the South-East.

He said Ihedioha’s contributions to the party in different respects, including financially and morally, were unparalleled and that the party was indeed very appreciative of his commitment to the PDP.
