Just after the Flying Eagles’ four-goal win in the FIFA U20 World Cup first outing on Friday, the two time World Cup runners up let go of their three points in their second game to the Americans on Monday.

The embarrassing defeat in the hands of their American counterparts in their second Group at the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland has made reputable football newsmen and fans slammed the coaching crew of the team.

While reacting to the result of the game, newsmen and Nigeria football lovers questioned the qualities in the Flying Eagles team put together by Paul Aigbogun.

“This Flying Eagles side are doing all they can to convince us that they are truly kids. Because that defending there to concede the second goal after only seconds into the second half was simply schoolboy stuff.”@Abidoye Blackcoin wrote

“Coach Paul Aigbogun has been totally outclassed and outwitted by his American counterpart. For a manager that had part of his coaching education in the United States, this has been overly poor from a tactical point of view”. He added.

@GeorgeGift wrote: Qatar is not a fluke, they are not quality, we are facing our first test, the USA is better in women football, Nigeria should be winning based on pedigree in men football.

@Sami Bami wrote: Oh pls..We’re playing badly, agreed…but doesn’t give a chance to be cheated…let’s lose in peace.

@DagogoPrince: Can we beat Ukraine by 3 goals to nil to increase our goal difference.

@RajiSuccess wrote: If Nigeria went with a good quality team, we shouldn’t be beating Qatar 4-0 instead, 7 or goals to nothing… The coach didn’t assemble the right legs from my own point of view sha”

Other fans believe the Country is blessed with good and talented footballers than what the coaches are parading in Poland.

“Having three coaches of Maikaba, Bala and Aigbogun. These coaches make me laugh. Losing three points or a match is not good at all and Despite the plethora of talents God has blessed us with a look at what we are parading….. #Embarrassment.”

“I don’t what Paul Aigbogun, Bala, Maikaba is teaching or training these guys. Simple 1-2 routine can’t suffice. Very bad. No high pressing of any sought.”

The media manager of the Country’s U-15 side Adepoju Tobi Samuel thereby urged everyone to support the team at this point in time.

“Let’s get behind the team, lessons have been learnt; they will get better against Ukraine.

“I mentioned it after the Qatar game, defensively the team set up is poor.”

The Flying Eagles will face the last Group D game against Ukraine who is leading the group with six points after two wins in two games.
