The Odu'a Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ODU'ACCIMA), has launched the prospectus for its forthcoming International Trade Fair slated for November. 
The theme of the trade fair is “Promoting Mass Agricultural Production and Agro Processing as panacea to Unemployment and Poverty in Nigeria‎"

The Chairman, Planning Committee of the trade fair, Mr Olaitan Alabi, while addressing journalist at Ibadan, said‎ "The forth coming Odu'a international trade fair is being organized by ODU’ACCIMA in collaboration with all the other south-west states governments. He disclosed that the prospectus will provide information that every participant will need, procedures for the trade fair as well as the terms and conditions."

Alabi appealed to the Oyo state government to provide a permanent site that ODU'ACCIMA can use for its international trade fair.

“If we have a permanent site for our trade fair, we can put perment structure in place and this will make it more prestigious and attractive to foreign exhibitors and participant from other parts of the country.”  

According to him, the association also hopes to rekindle the unbeatable record which the South-west region was known for in the old western region. 

Also in her remarks, the president, ODU'ACCIMA, Chief Iyalode Alaba Lawson disclosed that one of objective of the association is to return the sector back to the area of economic buoyancy through agriculture and industrial revolution.
