Former governor of Osun State, Chief Olagunsoye Oyinlola

The Peoples Democratic Party gubernatorial aspirant in Osun state, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has described former Governor of the state, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola as a traitor.

This was disclosed by the Media Aide to Senator Iyiola Omisore, Mr Diran Odeyemi when he said the former governor left to the APC without his followers

Mr Diran Odeyemi, said that “the former Governor is a confirmed traitor, a politician who had lost respect and followership due to his inconsistency and instability.”

Omisore who stressed that Oyinlola’s exit could not stop the victory of the PDP come August 9

Omisore said that “the former governor was kicked out as a National Secretary to the PDP because of his anti-party activities and double dealings. While he was pushing for court action to return to office, he was also fraternising with the APC covertly.”

He said since Oyinlola left without his followers, his impact would not be felt by the The Peoples Democratic Party in Osun state. He stated further that come August 9, PDP will emerged the winner of Osun election
