The Ikeja Electric has launched its SingleView App in a bid to deepen billing transparency and feedback channel for its customers.
This app is a one-stop-shop application where all information regarding the customers' profiles, power usage among other details are displayed in a single view- hence its name, at the front of the application.
The Chief Executive Officer of Ikeja Electric, Mrs. Folake Soetan speaking at the launch of the App in Lagos stated that the Singleview App is a solution which will improve billing transparency for the customers.
She added, "At Ikeja Electric, we are all here because of our customers. We listen to them and always try our best to meet their demands. One of the ways to show this is this App we launched today. The App, Singleview, is a new solution to improve transparency to our customers on billing, which has been an issue.” She further added that, "the launching of the app comes at the right time because of the recent increase in tariff. The idea came about a year ago. We have been working on the solution for the last one year.”
The Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of the company,Ugochukwu Obi-Chukwu, also stated that the App will be used to manage individual and multiple accounts, track energy consumption and make it easy for customers to follow up their billing in a transparent way.
