THURSDAY, 21st October, 2021: The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) has stated that plans are in progress to review its Deposit Insurance Framework which would provide adequate financial and technical support to financial institutions in the country.
The Managing Director, NDIC, Bello Hassan revealed this development at the 2021 Finance Correspondents Association of Nigeria Workshop held in Ibadan, Oyo state on Wednesday.
Mr. Hassan stated that the review would be implemented in line with the Section 2, sub-section 1 of the NDIC Act.
