TUESDAY- 2nd November, 2021: Mrs Iyiegbu, Obi Cubana’s wife, has reacted to her husband’s arrest by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
CEOAFRICA had reported that the Anambra State-born philanthropist, Obinna Iyiegbu, aka Obi Cubana was arrested on Monday. https://www.ceoafrica.com/newsdetails.php?tabnews=83673
He was taken to the EFCC headquarters on Monday afternoon over allegations of money laundering and tax fraud.
Speaking on the arrest, Mrs Iyiegbu who took to her Instagram page, described her husband as a hard-working and resilient man.
While pledging support for her husband, the entrepreneur said Jesus went through worse and prayed that God will turn everything around for his good.
Alongside a picture of him, She wrote, ”He is STRONG. He is RESILIENT.
”He is a HARD WORKER. He is a LEADER… and He is GREAT!”

Meanwhile, Obi Cubana is yet to be released from EFCC custody.
