The year’s summit is also expected to have different workshops on issues regarding the Pan-African Diaspora organization. Some of the scheduled workshops include Liberia Library Project, Dual Citizenship, Business Development, Agricultural Project, Land Ownership, and SRDC's Core Mission and Plan.

CEOAFRICA's Investigation further revealed that since the establishment of the organisation, SRDC had met every year without fail for its annual International Summit with the exception of 2015, and 2020 due to the global pandemic.

The approved schedule for the summit is as follows. The Arrival of all participants in Liberia will start on the 6th of November till the 7th of November. The SRDC was founded in 2006 in response to an invitation from the African Union (AU) to the African Diaspora to become involved in the AU’s work toward uniting and lifting African people in the Continent and throughout the world.

Its annual summit creates a medium where members of its organizing Committees from the different states meet to share progress with their plans, exchange ideas and work on how their local efforts will fuse into a national and an international strategy to bring the voice of the Grassroots Pan-African Diaspora to the World Stage.
