Christ Care Foundation on Monday celebrated Christmas party for over 500 Children in Ibadan.

The foundation which main aim is to put smiles on the faces of Children, especially the indigent ones, held the annual children Christmas party in the densely populated area of Inalende, Ibadan.

This year’s get together seem to have stunned the organizers, as they received way over the total number of children prepared and arranged for.

Christ Care Foundation is an initiative created by Vicar and Prof (Mrs) Chinedum Peace Babalola, Chrisland University Vice Chancellor to help the poor and make them feel loved. This year’s theme is tagged ‘Our Helper Has Come.’

In a brief chat with CEOAFRICA, Prof. (Mrs) Babalola during the Children Christmas Party at the St. Stephen Church Hall, Inalende Ibadan, disclosed that apart from the aim of gathering children together to have fun, receive the word of God, food packs, and take home Christmas gifts that include educational materials, the foundation has also taken up school fees paying role of some of beneficiaries of the foundation in the past.

She said “The Christ Care Foundation is her family’s tool of doing Charity works as one of the mandates God gave my husband and I.
