The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) is in an early glamorous sail to the Aso Rock, as he leads other contestants in an opinion poll conducted across the country.
The poll, from a foundation, ANAP, founded by Mr Peterside Atedo, discovered an amazing gap among the leading contestants.
Peter Obi bagged 21% support, while both the presidential flag-bearers of the ruling All Progressives’ Congress (APC) and the main opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, shared 13% support apiece.
The keenly-contested poll left the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP)’s Alhaji Musa Rabi’u Kwankwaso with 3%.
However, about 32% are yet to decide who to support, while another 15% did not state who they are supporting.
Thus, it is not yet clear if the undecided team will support the winning team or not, which makes it difficult to conclude now that Obi will win.
