The Supreme Court on Thursday, declared the Delta State Speaker, House of Assembly, Oborevwori Sheriff Francis, as the right gubernatorial candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the State.
The presiding Judge, Justice Tijani Abubakar, who delivered the verdict, also dismissed the appeal of David Edevbie for lacking in merit.
The Supreme Court judgment has upheld the judgement of the Court of Appeal delivered on August 29, 2022.
