Stella Maris, the spouse of the ailing actor John Okafor, also known as Mr. Ibu, has revealed that her husband’s second son, Daniel, and the actor’s adopted daughter, Jasmine, are secretly married.
She contends that they intend to relocate to the United Kingdom as a couple using funds donated for her husband’s surgery.
Stella made these claims in response to accusations by social media activist Verydarkman, who alleged that she accused Jasmine of diverting money intended for her husband’s surgery to purchase a new iPhone.
In her rebuttal, Stella questioned the sensibility of discussing luxury items while her husband was seriously ill in the hospital.
She explained that Jasmine is leveraging private conversations they had long ago, portraying them out of context to create a false narrative.
Stella suggested that Jasmine recorded and edited these conversations to manipulate public perception.
Furthermore, Stella revealed that, despite the ongoing controversies, she is the sole resident in Mr. Ibu’s house, as others have left due to the condition of the house.
She emphasized her request for an account statement to stay informed about the financial affairs, emphasizing its importance rather than any malicious intent.
Stella concluded by highlighting her commitment to caring for her husband and their children, despite the tumultuous situation.
“Come to think of it, Very Darkman, at the end of all this, the people giving you all the past conversations or informations will all go away, because Jasmine and my second stepson got married secretly and are both traveling to the UK (as a Couple) in December. I’ll be the person to live with my husband and our children. As I’m talking to you I’m the only one living in Mr Ibu’s house, only me and my children the rest lives elsewhere because of the condition of the house they all left it but I’m still there regardless, and they’re coming with all this propaganda only because I asked for an account statement to be shown to me so I can as well be informed on how affairs have been running, is it bad?”
