The Vice Chancellor of Chrisland University, Prof. Chinedum Peace Babalola was the keynote speaker at the 2018 Global Grand Reunion of the Federal Government College Enugu which was a celebration of her 45th Anniversary Reunion tagged “#Back To Our Root# “
The event which began on the 9th with a closing dinner on the 12th August, 2018 had dignitaries from all over the world in attendance. His Excellency, Senator Ahmed Mohammed Markarfi, former governor of Kaduna State and a presidential hopeful of Peoples Democratic Party {PDP} in 2019, celebrated birthday with his classmates of 1978, Professor Kingsley Muoghalu , former deputy governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and a presidential hopeful of Young Progressive Party (YPP), His Excellency Liyel Imoke, former governor of Cross River State, and many others.
The erudite Prof. Chinedum delivered the reunion anniversary lecture on the topic “Engineering Nigeria to maximize the strength in her diversity” and was giving an award in the field of Education
