The Deputy Commissioner of Police DCP. Sam Okaula today paraded criminals at the Eleyele Police Headquarters in Ibadan.

Some of the robbers paraded included a four man gang who gained entrance into the house of a pastor through the fence. The robber ordered the pastor to open the door and they raped one of the pastors daughter before carting away valuables which included; a Sony Laptop, a Samsung Tablet, one Apple I-pad, three assorted cell phones, one Blue Toyota Corolla with registration number MK 382 AAA, an ash colour Benz with registration number GGE 278 CK and the sum of two hundred thousand naira. The police swung into action and overpowered the robbers who took to their heels but were later apprehended. The suspects are Afolabi Oluwatobi, 24 years, Morakinyo Olufemi, 43 years, Ayodele Ademola, 55 years, and Azeez Rafiu, 27 years old

The DCP also paraded some inter-state armed robbers who trailed one Mr Oshodi to his house around challenge area of Ibadan and dispossessed him of his Hyundai Elantra car and other valuables. The police commissioner disclosed that the information was immediately communicated to other officers within and outside the state. The robbers were apprehended on 11th which is the same day they stole the car on their way to Ilorin at about 11pm by the Kwara State Police Command who where on stop and search. Two suspects, namely David Ida and Fatai Olowokere were immediately arrested and they led other the police to the other members of the gang, Kolawole Lasisi and Sikiru Olayiwola. The police recovered two locally made double barrel gun, three pieces of locally made single barrel, two rounds of live cartridges, one Hyundai Elantra, one Bajaj motor cycle, two I-Pads, amongst other item

Other robbers paraded at the command included a six man gang who hijacked a trailer conveying angle iron worth N15 million.
