Monday, 17 May 2021: In what appeared as the mother of all struggle, the  Nigerian Labour Congress and its affiliate unions led by Comrade Ayuba Wabba, stormed Kaduna, Kaduna State capital this Monday to compel the state governor, Nasir el-Rufai, to accede to the yearnings of the citizens on the over 4,000 workers he sacked.

The labor appeared undetered by the "numerous" threat of Kaduna state government as they continued with their strike started last week and followed it up by this Monday's protest.

CEOAFRICA gathered that the state secretariat  and the train station have been shut by members of the NLC.
